Staying at Lagoon Prime Hotel over Christmas brought me warmth, comfort, and a little slice of paradise. As a wildlife conservationist, I often feel the pull of the wild, but this hotel embraced my love for convenience while still allowing me to revel in nature's beauty, thanks to its proximity to the stunning lagoon. With a cozy room equipped with air conditioning and essential amenities, I was pleasantly surprised by the attentive housekeeping that kept everything impeccably clean. The outdoor pool was a wonderful touches-ideal for a refreshing dip after a day of exploring. I particularly loved the on-site restaurant, Lagoa Santa, where we indulged in a delightful buffet breakfast each morning. Sharing this experience with my travel partner made it even more special, as we savored our meals while looking out at the serene surroundings. What made our stay memorable, however, was the friendly and professional staff, particularly Neuta, who ensured our every need was met with a smile. The combination of great amenities, including free WiFi and room service, made Lagoon Prime Hotel one of the best options in Lagoa Santa-not to mention its ideal location for day trips to explore more of Brazil's stunning landscapes. I'd happily return to this gem for my next adventure!
